Promotion Terms and Conditions

By submitting the form above, you warrant that you are a current client of CreativeCubes.Co Pty Ltd (ACN 617 353 063) (Creative Cubes) and agree to the following terms and conditions of this promotion:

1. The Promotion (which incorporates these terms and conditions) is only valid from 11 April 2022 12:00 am to 9 May 2022 11:59 pm (AEDT) (Promotion Period);

2. BizPay’s general payment terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.bizpay.com/terms) (General Terms and Conditions) apply to the Promotion as amended by these Promotion Terms and Conditions; under the Promotion, only the first, single transaction processed with BizPay during the Promotion Period will be processed without the monthly BizPay fee and that all other fees (including late fees and interest) will continue to apply to your first, single transaction;

3. Additional transactions processed with BizPay after the first transaction, and whether during or after the Promotion Period, will be subject to BizPay’s full, standard fees (and not subject to these Promotion Terms and Conditions); and

4. Acceptance of an invoice and any agreement with you is subject to BizPay’s credit assessment and eligibility criteria under the General Terms and Conditions. BizPay reserves the right to refuse to process an invoice for any reason.
